Week two : Putting things in place

Under safe proofing (parachute) we have implemented and did several testings. Below shows the first prototype being done. The idea is to magenetise a magnetic material to keep the cap in place while the parachute is inside the container itself. When the drone is flying, the material is being magnetised and the cap will be kept in place. The coiled nail shown below is the material we are using to keep the cap in place. When the uav loses power, the nail will lose its magnetism and the cover will not be kept in place anymore resulting the in parachute being released from the container itself. Furthermore, we tested the strength of a nail and how much force or weight it can take.
